We were asked to carry out ground work / landscape and paving work at the Grove in Holt. This property was purchased in need of complete renovation. The new owners divided it into 6 holiday lets. We were instructed to install new mains water and telecoms supply to each property whilst very carefully avoiding meandering gas and foul drainage pipes.
We designed and constructed a raised terrace and patio area across the back of the property – laid in limestone – creating seperate areas by introducing planting and Taxus baccata (Yew hedging).
We completed our work by laying a wood bark surface to a woodland play area and by leveling and seeding lawns.
